"Spacious semi-detached bungalow situated within a popular residential area of Elgin. The property has ample off-street parking, an enclosed rear garden and detached single garage.

From the front of the property there is an entrance vestibule leading into the main hallway which has access to all other rooms and two storage cupboards. There is a spacious lounge with bay window. The kitchendining room is of a large size with ample dining space and access door to the rear garden.
