"The property is situated in a convenient and level position in the centre of the sought after Town of Raglan we understand was built in 1825 and offers spacious well proportioned accommodation which has many unique authentic features steeped in history. We understand originally the property was a Butcher's Shop indeed on the front elevation can still be found the original hooks used for hanging game etc. In latter years the shop unit was utilised as an Antiques Shop and the main shop unit now forms part of the residential accommodation. To the rear of the property is a compact pretty cottage garden with mature shrubs and the pathway in turn leads to the detached principally stone built studio/annex which incorporates a spiral staircase and mezzanine level. A recently renewed Worcester wall mounted gas fired boiler situated in the kitchen provides hot water for both domestic and central heating use. It should be noted that the majority of the windows have been replaced with wooden sash windows with double glazed sealed units.
