"PROPERTY DESCRIPTION Located off the Rockfield Road on the outskirts of Monmouth, the property was built in 2002 and has been occupied by the current owners since new. It is decorated to a high standard throughout and has been well maintained. This four-bedroom detached modern house, with integral double garage, good-sized garden and ample private parking, is set back well off the Kingswood Road and so enjoys a reasonable amount of privacy.
