Vendor Comment
'We have lived in this house for over 8 years and benefited from its proximity to all basic services and amenities. ASDA is literally on our doorstep and other shops within a few minutes walk. The town centre, doctor's surgery and Oldcastle Primary are a short stroll away. The Recreation Centre & Brynteg Comprehensive are not far away. We hardly use our car. The size and space of this house is surprising and has been a great place to raise young children. The attic space is a big bonus and the conservatory offers a wonderful lazy summer retreat. We will miss our garden which is so lovely in summer and large enough for children to play. We have also had Cavity Wall Insulation installed through out the property. We have decided it is time to move nearer the Comprehensive school our daughter attends and to downsize slightly now that she is getting older.'
