Built in 2006 we are delighted to offer for sale this immaculately presented three storey town house spread over three levels giving excellent spacious family acommodation. Situated on "The Broads" the property is well placed for local amentities including some of the best regarded schools in the region, shops and eateries. Both rail and motorway links are excellent giving easy access to Liverpool and Manchester.
