Pass through the double glazed UPvC french doors with 7 position locking onto the top patio of the back garden. It is  7.8M by 4.6M so large enough to sit and relax and enjoy the near 60ft garden. There is a brick built gas BBQ which is included in the sale price. Also there are 2 sheds on the patio.The larger one is 3.65M by 1.88M and is alarmed and has power sockets, lights, a work bench and shelves. 

The smaller one is also alarmed but no power and is 1.8M by 1.2M with a fully opening front giving easy access to the contents. 

There is a 9.2M long x 4.2M wide lawn encircled with well established plants, trees and shrubs. The lawn leads down through a wooden arch and down a couple of steps to the 2nd patio. It is 7.2M by 3.8M and is spacious and enjoys the sun until late in the evening.
