"Red Rooves Limited are delighted to bring to the market this three-bedroom semi-detached property located in Prescot, Liverpool.

The property is well maintained and well-presented throughout. It has gardens to the front and rear and the property has been extended to a high quality to turn the kitchen into an open plan kitchen/diner and added a utility room and a downstairs W/C. There is double glazing and central heating throughout. The property briefly compromises of a porch, hallway, two reception rooms, a kitchen/diner, utility room, downstairs W/C and to the first floor two double bedrooms, a single bedroom, family bathroom and an airing cupboard.
