Our View

Internally this immaculate property is both spacious a neutral so requires very little cosmetic improvement. Upon walking through the front door you step into the entrance hall. This room provides access via the stairs to the first floor and a door into the living room. Overlooking the front aspect, the living is a great size and has an archway leading into the dining room. Open plan into the kitchen, the room creates a very communal feel around this part of the property with further doors leading into the conservatory and subsequently out into the rear garden. Off the kitchen is access into the utility room. Having kept the utility room separate through choice. To the first floor there are three good sized bedrooms and fitted bathroom suite. A big selling point to this property is its external space. To the front is a well cared for front garden and parking, whilst to the rear is a good sized rear garden which backs onto open fields to the rear. With no chain, and competitively price, a viewing comes highly recommended.
