"This first floor flat is vacant and ready to view. As key holders we can normally arrange a viewing at reasonably short notice. Take piece of mind when you buy not this flat and development at Yewdale Park that no renting is permitted. Also that this flat comes with two parking bays; one of which is secured below the development.

There's a nice bright airy feel to the communal staircase and hallway areas within Yewdale Park and a reasonably comfortable stairs to the first floor. The halls to the individual flat have space to add storage and so No.20 has taken advantage and installed wardrobe like furniture along the wall. The combined living and dining area is a little quirky, in a good way, in that it has a non standard shape. You'll notice that the deep seated bay has been replaced in pvc and the view is wooded and private. The separate kitchen has a similar view too and has ample units and work space, wall to wall. There are two double bedrooms and a combined bathroom. Tenure To include the under cover and secured parking, the service charge is ?75 per month.
