"Now this may look like a standard three bedroom semi - trust us, it's not. In fact we paused for a while to consider opening with how, well, how gorgeous the fixtures and fittings were or to introduce the amount of accommodation on offer first. Practicality won the day....

Much more than expected So we begin with the space. Especially the considerable amount of living space at ground floor. Here, there's the fairly rare combination of both contemporary open plan living and separate roomed accommodation too. The combined area is situated at the bottom of a gorgeously presented hall; a hall with white walls and a deep, rich, quality oak styled floor covering which actually runs throughout the ground floor. Impressive This combined space has the impact of any American styled open plan design of the best 'new builds.' Again white contrasts against the rich colours of the floor and for that the kitchen looks particularly impressive. Although there is no doubt that this is a beautiful kitchen display comprising a vast range of white laminate units, twin oven, hob and extractor in a mix brushed steel and glass finish together with miles of solid beech work surfaces and complimented by a down lighting system that extends through the whole of this combined space. Space to impress Turn your back from the cooking appliances to fully appreciate the size of this room, where the dedicated dining area sits a generous couple of meters from the kitchen. That's so your dining guests can't get too involved in the cooking prep and can converse with more guests who are still lounging around in the conservatory. Altogether quite spectacular especially considering the view to what is a very private garden; a garden not overlooked at all other than from a few young trees (see photos). Need a retreat? Now for those that wish to escape there are two rooms. Adults to the front living room, kids to their space - tv/games room. The former is an elegant room too with a brushed steel, black granite and beech fireplace taking centre stage, and not forgetting the floor covering to both. First floor Up here and the standards certainly dont drop. Fresh, bright, immaculate. Two good double bedrooms and a third single room serviced by a rather exquisite combined bathroom. And this is a big bathroom, as you can see, comfortably large enough for a double shower tray and plenty of room for the remaining three pieces. The two windows in the room make all the difference. Outdoors We've taken a fair few shots of the garden. That's to point out not just the three principal areas; a large decked area accessed off both the combined rear living space, as well as from the conservatory; the central garden and finally the side decked path to the third zone; the important sun bathing zone. You can see various, now covered, lumps of garden furniture, the most important being those to the bottom, the loungers. For this garden is a sun trap. Sun starting in the morning and afternoon at the bottom slowly creeping up for the early evening barbeque to the top of the house. Locator Stretton Close abuts land belonging to but at the very bottom of Townfield Lane Primary School, hence the back log of trees beyond the garden. The Close is obviously a non through road and has the feel of being tucked away a little from the rest of the estate.
