"Oh to be a first time buyer again what an opportunity this would be. This has to be the coolest one bed apartments around Oxton Village and for what a price!

A little gem? Not that we're saying it's a give away, rather that to find any property at all under ?75,000 so very close to Oxton Village is almost impossible - to find something as cool as this then the word 'lottery' springs to mind! Impressions The strange thing is that whilst this is only at first floor level you actually feel you could be on the 26th floor of some city tower block - it's the duplex arrangement, the gleaming white walls the deep pvc windows and perhaps the glimpse of one of the cathedrals through the trees.... Special For this is light, fresh and yes thoroughly chic - a pad you'll love to show off.

That's all only our opinion of course so come and take a look yourself - whether as that enviable first time buyer or if not bring daddy and let him rent it to you perhaps? Confession time Whilst we're happy with the photos they don't really show off the size of this place and for that do it full justice and so another reason you really ought to take a peep. Layout So to the specific accommodation: presented on two floors; obviously with living room and separate kitchen off and with stairs, again separate from the living room up to a fantastic double bedroom, dressing room area and shower room. Enjoy Back to the main living space. Here there's a piece of integrated furniture (also in white) which gives for a little separation from the entrance door from the little hall area to this living room. It's a bit of retro furniture that work well in this 'white' room, giving both display and useful drawer storage. (More under the stair storage tucked well away and out of sight). A really relaxing room. There's a door sized opening to the kitchen which you could make separate by adding a door - then again that will just cut off the chef from the guests! - again we think it works well as it is. Great place The kitchen has a lot going on too - besides all the brightly coloured paraphernalia; current owners in residence have adopted a full rainbow spectrum of culinary equipment! Not that they are included in the sale, although you never know, maybe make them a separate offer. To the kitchen specifics: Plenty of granite effect work tops including a breakfast bar for two - (or storage for your white goods) - 11 units and or drawers in total as well brushed steel and glass cooking appliances and with matching dark grey and black tiled splashbacks. To bed Up the stairs to the bedroom suite. Again fresh, white and like the living space a contrasting easy-to-clean oak effect laminate floor covering....and of course a better view at this higher level. Added bonus These clients inherited a huge shower room; cleverly they have split this into two areas ; what is now still a comfortably large shower room; fresh and bright and with the big bonus of a walk in dressing area as an anti room before the shower room. Summary We hope our photos and script do tempt you to this fun, exciting young persons pad. We loved it. Location Regarding the proximity of the village and its day and night time life....probably a five minute walk there and well maybe ten after a few on the way home? To find it sat nav: CH43 2HZ Other info' The apartment is leasehold with a 999 year lease from '07. Our client's heating and water costs are ?35 to ?40 and ?10 per respectively.
