Five good bedrooms, bathroom and shower room, cloaks/utility and with two separate entertaining rooms and a family kitchen. In our oppinion a great value family house so close to Oxton Village. White pvc front door to a hall. This has dark oak effect laminate floor covering, new digital alarm pad and radiator and with cloakroom and utility off. The cloakroom has wc and wash hand basin, window, downlighters and with extractor and is separate from the utility area. Here there are three further downlighters, also an extractor, new Worcester gas combi boiler and a marble effect worktop with plumbing for washing machine below. The cloakroom has a radiator and both have pvc windows. LOUNGE 4.78m(15'8'') x 3.71m(12'2'') Measuring in to a pvc bay window. Radiator and tv point. DINING ROOM 4.93m(16'2'') x 3.43m(11'3'') We have classed this as a dining room however, with the few steps going in to the kitchen/breakfast area, this could be a combined family living room. There's a deep pvc front picture window, a radiator, this smart dark oak effect floor covering and as mentioned, four steps to the kitchen. KITCHEN 3.66m(12'0'') x 3.43m(11'3'') This new kitchen has smart dark and light brown marble effect worktops with a white base and wall unit.
