"At the weekend let the dog and the kids run wild out on the Arno (Oxton Fields) via the gate at the bottom of the garden, or slip out to Sainsbury's for the pint of milk you need. Midweek, march the kids a few doors up to St Saviour's primary school - that's how handy and a good position this fine semi is located. The interior's pretty impressive too....

In fact the interior is both particularly well presented and, to us anyway, slightly larger than we had assumed it to be so we're certain this home wont hang around on the internet for sale for long. There's an especially attractive and welcoming hallway with a surprisingly spacious under the stair cloakroom. The front living room has a nice wide bay window whilst the rear kitchen is open plan to the dining room. You can see how nice these rooms are from the photos; you can gauge the sizes off our floor plan below (to follow shortly). All, as we've suggested, impressive stuff. The open plan kitchen and dining room is our favourite spot of the house. A great view from both rooms of the garden and open space over the fence and gate and with access to it from the double opening pvc doors to the dining area. There's a brushed steel oven, brushed steel and glass extractor and black glass hob as the main focal point to this attractive looking kitchen. Upstairs and there are two particularly well sized double bedrooms, a third 'box' room and with the main bedroom enjoying a bay window to match the living room. The bathroom is lovely, as well as another good sized room, roomy enough for a four piece suite that's not been squeezed in. A new but traditional hardwood front door stands behind the pvc glass storm porch door. There's gas central heating and pvc double glazing throughout. A long garage stands to the side and passed the bottom of the house. Locator We've given you an indication of the location of the house however if you were to leave Sainsbury's car park in the car turn either left or right along Woodchurch Road. Turning left then turn left and first left again entering Holm Lane from the top; turn left out of the car park and turn right at the lights and follow the road round into Holm Lane. 110 is at the top on the left hand side.
