"This first floor three bedroomed apartment is situated to the rear of this established and well 'owner' managed development. It's set right back from the road so there's next to no traffic noise and yet, of course, it's so handy for the bus stop and the shops either at Prenton or Oxton Villages.

Very the rear windows, the kitchen and living room

(the latter with two), you enjoy a wooded backcloth; private, peaceful, serene. From the front two bedrooms you have a pleasant open aspect view across and down the development of Eversley Park. The hall is a surprisingly good length, with recessed display niche; the bathroom has a similar recess giving that extra elbow room, has a shower over the bath and a separate loo, where the combi' boiler is located.
