"Ok, so this apartment also comes under our 'Project' category of property for refurbishment...and it does need a full upgrade, hence the attractive asking price. Bear in mind too that a garage is included, rare for apartments in this price range in and around Prenton and Oxton.

A good spot ...and it is actually about equidistant between both Oxton Village and Prenton, whilst a bus route stands out and along Woodchurch Rd - pedestrian path provided. First floor is favourite This is a first floor apartment, with just two apartments on each floor and with first floor apartments tending to be the more popular from a security and warmth point of view. You can see from the external photos how well managed the gardens are thanks to the resident gardener. The layout comprises a hall to living room with windows facing north east and east with views on to said gardens below. To get to the living room you pass by the kitchen, which could hold a lot more units or take a table and chairs for two. You can compare with our floor plan below.
