"Fair to say that for this house the rooms are probably bigger than the outside photo may initially suggest - certainly the dining room and two of the three bedrooms are, whilst the bathroom comfortably accommodates a four piece suite - even the rear yard is bigger than standard.....

The hall too is good space, wide and deep enough for a piece of furniture under the stairs and the neat, oak laminate creates an extra feeling of space anyway, along with a nice welcoming entrance. Good light Both front rooms, the living room and large front bedroom have deep pvc bay windows. The living room has a rather attractive fireplace too with its oak surround and 'period' tiling. This is a 'living flame' fire. Surprising entertaining space You can use the through space of dining and living room as one, although you could separate as they once used to be, to make two good 'stand alone' entertaining rooms. Off the dining room, an area that seems big enough to accommodate more furniture than just the standard table and chairs, is the kitchen. A kitchen in beech (effect) and white - a good, safe, tried and trusted colour combination, the white to the units and to the tiling. There's access from here to that large yard area (via a pvc door). In fact the whole house has both pvc windows and gas central heating. First floor Upstairs and the two double bedrooms are large and light. The soft delicate colour schemes that follow from ground floor up to here enhance the light mood of the house. Best 'til last? ..but on reflection the best surprise size wise and for that maybe comfort wise is within the bathroom. Four piece, as mentioned earlier with bath and separate shower cubicle. Again well tiled and with a nice rich, stripped and varnished floor board.
