"A very impressive home. Impressive for many, many reasons : for the outdoor space - wide drive and extra large single garage along with the most delightful of private south facing rear gardens; the conservatory and extended kitchen areas; the sizeable cloakroom facilities; the space offered within the original footprint of the house - the front dining room, the third bedroom, the size of the new bathroom to name but a few. All very impressive accommodation indeed.

Rather unusually our second introductory photo is of the view from the rear double bedroom. We've done this for a few reasons: firstly it shows off the depth of garden, the fact it is not overlooked; you can see both conservatory and concrete roof tiled extension; you can even begin to see the length of the garage - sadly though you can't appreciate the orientation of the garden with it being an overcast day of our shoot - typical English summer. However it is south to south east facing and when you do come for a viewing out in the garden, you'll spot a number of private seating areas to enjoy the sun both a.m and p.m. From a practicality point of view, the interconnection between the conservatory living area to the rear open plan porch area which in turn gives access to the kitchen, works really well. And the kitchen has been extended which has also given more space in the hall to offer a sensible size of cloakroom facility. Take into account too the amount of storage. Storage is everywhere. In the hall, in the bedrooms with two sets of wardrobes, (look at the size of the third, smallest bedroom, bigger than the average even with the wardrobe furniture). Then of course there's the garage. A large garage you could, in time, possibly convert part or all for something else other than filling with the usual clutter. So the accommodation is 'family sized'. Bigger inside, we suggest, than first appears on the out. A much wider house than most of similar styles and it is this that gives the generous bathroom

(with separate loo) and third bedroom sizes. And the front dining room you could keep as 'Bests' for you'd probably spend most time in the rear living room with conservatory - great space. Back outside and again plenty of width. Plenty of parking to the front and a good wide drive leading up to this great garage. And the rear garden? Well it's treat. Lovely, big, private.
