"Pleased to allocate this semi into our 'Project House' category, as this is a great project indeed for which the asking price has, of course, been reflected. And it is an 'asking price' so if you have the relevant deposit, the budget and the skill to set to to refurbish, remodel and perhaps extend this semi then call us for a viewing and then make us an offer....

There's been a few semi detached houses in similar condition sold along Windermere over the last couple of years that have been snapped up. Probably something to do with the DIY angle, or with the value for money within the 'Lakes' roads and as much to do with the size of the overall plot. And this semi has a particularly good sized rear garden, as you can see from the photo looking back up from the bottom of the garden with space to the side for your garden shed.
