"Rather unusually, we start with our slide show of photographs highlighting all of the exterior before we enter inside the house. This is primarily to make it clear that this house has much more to offer than might first meet the eye. And that's in the size of the plot that gives huge opportunities to extend the accommodation...

That's not to detract from the existing, which comprises a very comfortable and nicely proportioned semi which, whilst wanting for a few upgrades here and there, is generally very well looked after. There's gas central heating and pvc double glazing to this cared for home and it's well presented and decorated too. So, as we say, the upgrades are minimum. There's a shower room to the first floor with a separate loo - something you may want to change into a bigger combined bathroom perhaps. The kitchen is more than serviceable yet the opportunities to extend every which way (subject to usual and relevant permissions of course) are endless and so you'd want to upgrade the fixtures and fittings at the same time. Meanwhile both entertaining rooms are a pleasant, 'and practical' size. Opportunities Imagine a nice big extension to the side and/or rear of the property. Although it would extend into some of the garden area, there is plenty of extra garden space to compensate.
You would not have to worry about front of house parking, as there is a drive and garage accessed off Rydal Avenue. You really need to come and take a look.
