"This is another of these ever popular apartments within The Charlton Court Development - popular for all sorts of reasons we'll explain below; No18, more so for its need of an upgrade and a refurbishment....

Make your mark That's to say if you like a mini 'project' that is. Whilst this apartment has gas central heating and pvc double glazing, you will want to replace both the kitchen and bathroom, redecorate, upgrade the electrics, re carpet as a minimum. Of course the asking price reflects the overall condition of the flat. Plenty of reasons this makes sense So why is Charlton Court so popular. Well firstly it is a particularly well managed development (you can tell just by the condition of the front garden areas, the drive as well as from the immaculate communal interiors). There is also a considerably fair and reasonable service charge (including building insurance) currently of ?975 per annum. The lease is what remains from a 999 year lease. And more.. Other reasons are for the huge amount of storage within the hall. An odd feature to point out you may think, although certainly most modern day flats have little to no useful space. In these halls (large in themselves) there are up to four store cupboards - which, especially when you are downsizing, are very useful. Another aspect is the space. Again, you find the older the purpose built apartment, the more space compared to the very or nearly new. Likewise, unless you pay a king's ransom, it's rare to find an apartment with a useable balcony. Whilst on added features you also need to know that a garage is also included. Nicely positioned There are only two flats per floor - another benefit - and with secure access at both the front and rear of each 'block'. No 18 stands parallel to Brancote Road and as such has a pleasant and considerably private aspect onto and across this quiet residential road. If there is traffic, its normally an 'L' driver or two ready to attempt their first three point turn. Locator A final reason for its popularity will be its position a half a mile away only from Oxton Village or a short walk to a bus route around the corner on either Bidston Road or Ashburton Rd. For Sat Nav: CH43 6XE. An invitation Both the layout and size of the accommodation you can see from the floor plan. A good size of living room, a particularly good size of main bedroom and a similarly generous size for a kitchen. However, please come and take a look for yourselves. As key holders we are able to arrange a viewing with you normally at fairly short notice. Please phone us on: 608 8586.
