"Sitting at the very top of Buttermere Avenue is a three bedroomed semi detached family home which proffers a rather enviable view out across The Wirral and to the Welsh mountains beyond. Set on a semi secluded plot, the home provides a wealth of attributes including off road parking, a garden with a huge amount of potential, as well as no onward chain.

Turning into Buttermere Avenue, make your way up to the top of the road, where the property can be found - there is off road parking and a front garden which lead up to the porch entrance. The porch offers a handy extra space for shoes, prams etc. Then it's on through into the bright hallway which in turns provides access to the accommodation. The main living room is another bright space; afforded by its dual aspect nature. There is space for your sofa suite to one end with the start of the view over to Wales, whilst the other is roomy enough for the dining table. There are patio doors leading out to the garden from here, too, making for a lovely entertaining spot. The kitchen sits next to the living room and has a collection of fitted units as well as a wealth of work top space, a door leading to the outside and a pantry cupboard housing the boiler. There's also an integrated hob and oven and a sink under the window which overlooks the patio and garden. Upstairs to the first floor there are three bedrooms as well as a shower room and separate wc. There are two double bedrooms, one to the front with the best seat in the house for that Welsh view, whilst to the rear, the second double looks out to the garden which provides a great deal of screening from the shrubberies and trees. The third bedroom also sits to the front with a window to the side aspect. Externally, as mentioned, there is off road parking to the front elevation as well as a lawn area, too. The driveway leads up through the side gate to the side elevation where there is access to a stand alone outbuilding, once used as a garage. There's also a patio space here which leads up to the garden. The garden has a collection of areas, accessed by pathways, stepping stones and steps; there are rockeries and lawns and mautre shrubberies as well as a host of trees too - for the imaginative amongst us.
