Welcome to this attractive, solid, terraced property, which has just been totally re-decorated throughout. This traditional property has 3 bedrooms and 2 reception rooms but the usage can be varied according to your own requirements.

The 60-bus service outside the property runs between Aigburth Vale and Bootle. The train station at Wavertree Technology Park is not far. The Liverpool Aquatics centre is a very short walk and here you can find a huge swimming pool and a full gym. Football pitches and an athletics track are close by as well as the ‘Mystery’ park. Sefton Park and Greenbank Park are a short distance.
