Located in the Bootle area of Liverpool the property is within easy reach of the City Centre via car or public transport. There are a wealth of amenities and schools within the vicinity and the property is only a short distance from Crosby Coastal Park.

This two-bedroom mid terrace property is offered with no on-going chain and would be ideal for first time buyers or investors looking to add to their property portfolio. The property has gas central heating, double glazing, a fitted kitchen and is of a neutral d?cor throughout.
