Pvc dg, gch etc. GROUND FLOOR A particularly smart frontage with painted wrought iron railings including a gate to the off road parking. Block paved frontage for low maintenance and a pvc projecting porch. This has a tiled floor with a light and a further door to a hall. This hall comprises a telephone point, understair storage, a recess area, pvc front window, radiator and with an arch to a kitchen/breakfast room. THROUGH LOUNGE 5.64m(18'6'') x 3.30m(10'10'') A nice bright through room here measuring in to a pvc front bay and up to a pair of pvc double opening french doors to the garden. Radiator and an Adam style fireplace with a marble hearth and background and a living flame fire. Tv point.
