"A beautifully presented Edwardian built four bedroomed semi detached house, with much character, in a lovely tree lined road. No chain.

Cavendish Drive is a lovely tree lined road within a stones throw of the Higher Bebington border. Number 70 is a beautiful example of the Edwardian semi detached house displaying much of the original character and presented to an extremely high standard. Much of the original character is in situ with some fine modern upgrades. On the ground is an entrance porch which leads to a lovely reception hall.
