"A home that has been in the family as from new where a generation have grown up in. A place handy for school, for buses, handy for TRFC even and more...

Potential As you might imagine then the property is ready for a new lease of life, an injection of TLC and money. Having said that there is a upvc double glazing system which was installed 10/05. If you're an energetic first time buyer we reckon this house is very moveinable whilst you 'refurbish' from room to room. Layout The accommodation comprises a hall with an under stair modern cloakroom

(loo and basin), a front living room with gas fire, separate rear dining room with a view to the garden and access to the kitchen. The kitchen is more than serviceable for now with relatively modern units, a tiled floor and a Stoves freestanding oven. Useful Off here is a covered area, great for drying and storage, which leads onto one fairly large brick built store (once the outside loo and coal store). This offers great possibilities to create further living accommodation ie utility room perhaps. Big does count As is typical of these houses originally built by the local authority the bedroom sizes are impressive. You wont find a box room here... First floor Two double bedrooms and a third extra large single. Two at the front, one at the rear adjacent to the bathroom with separate loo. There is also a separate shower cubicle next to the bath - combined they would make one fab bathroom. Outside A few neighbours have had their front garden area converted for off street parking - there is the potential. The rear is maintenance free and quite pleasant. Directions From TRFC drive along Borough Road towards Bebington turning right at the traffic lights into Mount Rd and first left.
