"First and foremost: off road parking and of course no heavy traffic along what must be one of the quietest non through roads in Prenton. Now if that doesn't grab your attention surely the accommodation will....

And as many of you local buyers will know, these handful of homes were built as four bedroomed properties. This one particular home was converted a few years ago into three, and yet of course that fourth bedroom can be reestablished at relatively minimum cost. However and as we hope the slide show of photos will show, the now extra large 'master' bedroom is just tremendous. Especially with its three pvc windows: just packs of space. Perhaps we're jumping ahead of ourselves so let's take a look at the extremely comfortable, thoroughly modern ground floor. That's 'modern' with a few traditional complimentary features added, like the two fireplaces to each reception room

(open plan to one another), the black and white tiled threshold or the double glazing especially to the rather unusually attractive bay to the dining room which is mirrored in the rear double bedroom. And then there's the kitchen. Big, yes, attractive, yes; a room you'd be happy to show off, certainly. Practical too with a brushed steel oven and integrated dishwasher included, this kitchen must be is a big temptation to anyone. Talking of such allurements, what about hankering over what is a really nice modern, fresh bathroom suite. It's lovely. Cool. And it caters for three charming bedrooms. The two bedrooms into the one 'master' bedroom, the Princess's room and the young lad's room. Well prepared, well presented. And now to the outdoor space. Off road parking for one, as we've implied; to the front. Out to the back via this long almost galley style of kitchen (although too wide a space between one unit wall and the other, so more a family kitchen) is a good stretch of low maintenance garden area. Decked and gravelled and, as you can see, from the photos more than enough room for a toddler or two. Locator Given its non through road status; (returning back onto Waterpark Raod via Elm Road North) and its one way only rule, you might be surprised to know how very central Cecil Road is to the village'; to the shops, to the bus stop, station and tunnel.
