"This particular home style has a surprisingly large wide landing, the width of which is replicated in a much bigger than usual third 'box' room as well as in an enviable size of bathroom.

What to look out for Other important aspects of the house include off road parking and a decent sized garden (for many on this established estate have limited outdoor space). There is also a smart pvc double glazing system

(smart as in all white seals) - apart from the double doors to the rear garden from the dining room. Of course there is gas central heating too. Welcome On your entrance you'll notice a nice rich dark oak effect Karndean floor covering. This extends through to the kitchen.
This smart kitchen has an even richer, darker, modern oak styled base and wall units to compliment the black work tops. This is a recent upgraded fitted kitchen and comes with integrated brushed steel cooking appliances. Both reception rooms are nicely presented with a deep square (pvc) bay window and a cast iron, free standing, wood burning fire (with living flame - not in current working order). Meanwhile the dining room has a 'thirties' oak fireplace, tall and elegant and with an oval mirror inset. First floor Moving upstairs and to this wide landing.
