"A magnificent detached beach front property located on the highly sought after Willowhayne private estate. The home has been lavishly refurbished to create a bespoke family home, that has been redesigned to allow you to enjoy the stunning sea views, and also offers flexible accommodation.

As you step into the hallway you are immediately struck by the space on offer and as you walk into the sitting room which has two sets of doors which flow onto the stunning rear garden which has been designed by Anne-Marie Powell, a Chelsea Flower Show gold winner, with a gate at the end of the garden giving you direct access for a walk along the beach.

The property boasts 4 good size bedrooms, all with ensuites, the master also benefiting from a dressing area. Also on the ground floor you have a large sitting room and a games room. The first floor offers you the ideal entertainment space with a Smallbones fitted kitchen/breakfast room which opens onto the magnificent drawing room with a vaulted ceiling and a sun room that has doors opening onto the 40ft roof terrace where you could sit and watch the sun go down over the sea with a glass of wine.

As for parking, with a house of this quality this is obviously not a problem with the double garage and a carriage driveway which would accommodate many cars.

We bought our house approximately 3 years ago and we have thoroughly enjoyed many parties here, as we feel the first floor gives you the ideal space for entertaining and we even allow the guests a peek at those sea views! Since moving in, we have improved the roof terrace and completely redesigned our beautiful garden.

We have really enjoyed our time here but with just the two of us living here we seem to be rattling around in our large home. We can only hope the new owners enjoy our home as much as we have.
