LOCATION The property is situated in the hamlet of Swinhope which lies just to the north of the larger village of Binbrook which has a range of shops, a village pub and village primary school. The small market town of Market Rasen offers a further range of shopping, schooling to include primary school, De-Aston comprehensive school, railway link to mainline stations, golf club and Lincolnshire's only racecourse.
The Historic City of Lincoln, the port of Grimsby, the Humber Bank, Humberside International Airport and the M180 motorway link are within commuting distance.
From Market Rasen take the B1203 road through Tealby, Kirmond le Mire and into Binbrook. On approaching Binbrook down the hill turn left just by the sharp right hand bend. Continue past the primary school and turn next right up the hill towards Brookenby. Turn right again onto Swinhope Road and continue until the Kingsmead Park Homes Development is found on the left hand side.
