" A superb two bedroomed terrace house presented in excellent condition and retaining many period features. This lovely cottage is situated within Louth s most sought after conservation area and ideally located close to Westgate Fields and Louth town centre is just a short walk in the other direction. The property comprises superb open plan lounge diner with kitchen to rear. To the first floor are two good size bedrooms and bathroom while externally the property has a sheltered, low maintenance garden courtyard with useful outbuilding to rear, with unrestricted on street parking normally available to the front.

The property dates back to Victorian times and has retained its brilliant character with original windows, the rear having some replacement uPVC units. Heating is provided by a modern Veissmann gas fired boiler in the kitchen. To the side of the property, a passage shared with one other property gives separate access to the rear garden.
