"Being brought to market by Crofts Estate Agents, this is a well presented 1930’s semi-detached house which is on a good sized plot offering generous front and rear gardens with workshop to the rear garden, which is both heated and has electricity. The property is in a great location which is approximately 1 mile from the Cleethorpes seafront and falls within Havelock Academy and Old Clee Academy catchment area.
