The main bathroom is luxuriously fitted with a roll top bath, WC, wash hand basin and shower. There is also a separate shower room and WC. The laundry room is also located on the first floor.

All fitted carpets are brand new and fitted blinds and drapes will be included in the sale.

The garden is easy to maintain and includes a lawn bordered by flower beds containing a wide variety of colourful shrubs and plants and there is also a vegetable garden with potting shed and greenhouse. Within the garden is a detached timber building with electricity, which is ideal as a workshop, studio or a home office.
