"This immaculately presented three bedroom semi-detached property has been refurbished and reconfigured by the current owners to the highest of standards. The property has been thoughtfully designed and has a quality of finish second to none. The former lounge/diner has been knocked through to accommodate a high specification kitchen/diner situated toward the rear of the property with the addition of a well proportioned conservatory that gives a fantastic spacious feel. Conveniently located for Wigston Magna the property also boasts a spacious living room, refitted first floor bathroom, off-road parking, garage and a larger than average South facing rear garden. The property is enhanced further with UPVC double glazed windows throughout and gas fired central heating. Access to the property is via a brick/UPVC entrance porch and through a further door into the entrance hall. The entrance hall has a tiled flooring that extends through into the kitchen/diner.
