"Occupying a corner plot on the popular Wigston Meadows estate is this spacious, extended family home. The property is in good order throughout and benefits from gas central heating, uPVC double glazing, gardens to the front side and rear and off road parking for two cars. The ground floor accommodation is accessed via a central entrance hallway with stairs leading to the first floor. To the left of the property is a super, well proportioned lounge that is neutrally decorated with French doors that lead to the rear garden. The original lounge and dining room offers a good degree of flexibility. The former lounge is now utalised as a spacious dining room and has a wall mounted gas fire set in a wooden surround. From here an archway leads to the original dining room that is now used as a study and has sliding patio doors that lead to the conservatory. Subject to the necessary building approval there is potential to knock through the kitchen and dining room to provide an open plan dining kitchen that would in turn lead onto the conservatory.
