"A superbly presented and well maintained two bedroom semi-detached property situated within a sought after Cul-de-Sac position within the Wigston Harcourt estate. Ideally suited to both First Time Buyers or Buy-to-Let investors the property comprises a spacious lounge/diner, fitted kitchen and first floor bathroom. Conveniently located for Wigston Magna and within walking distance of open countryside the property is further enhanced through off-road parking and a well presented rear garden. The property briefly comprises of an entrance porch and on into the lounge/diner. This is a spacious and light room largely due to the window and patio door that leads out to the rear garden. There is a living flame gas fire set into a feature fireplace with timber mantelpiece and raised hearth. (The gas fire is currently not connected and is only a feature within the room) There are stairs rising to the first floor and there is space for a small table and chairs. A door from the lounge/diner leads through to the kitchen. The kitchen itself has a range of base and wall mounted units with granite effect roll-edge work surfaces.
