"Offered for sale with no upward chain is this two double bedroom townhouse. Situated within a Cul-de-Sac on the sought after Wigston Harcourt Estate the property is conveniently located for Wigston Magna Town Centre and within walking distance of open countryside. The property benefits from a newly refitted kitchen which is yet to be used and a first floor wet room. The property has also been neutrally carpeted and redecorated throughout. Ideally suited to first time buyers or buy-to-let investors looking for a property that virtually needs no work the property also boasts UPVC double glazed windows throughout, gas fired central heating via a combination boiler and off-road parking. Access to the property is via a UPVC front door and on into a small entrance area with stairs rising to the first floor and a door leading through to the living room. Unlike many of the similar properties in the area the configuration and orientation of this property means the stairs do not rise from the main reception room and also results in a significantly larger kitchen space.
