"This three bedroom semi-detached property is offered with no upward chain and occupies a well proportioned plot within a sought after residential area. Conveniently located for both Wigston Magna and Leicester City Centre the property provides flexible and versatile living accommodation and offers scope for extension subject to local planning permission. The property comprises two reception rooms, fitted kitchen, a first floor bathroom and a brick built outbuilding in the rear garden. The property is enhanced further through off-road parking, majority UPVC double glazed windows and gas fired central heating. The property briefly comprises of an entrance hall with stairs rising to the first floor and an under stairs cupboard where the boiler is located. Off the entrance hall are doors through to both reception rooms and the kitchen. The living room boasts a living flame gas fire set into a feature fireplace with raised heath and a bay window to the front aspect. The dining room has ample space for a table and chairs and has a set of UPVC sliding patio doors that open out to the rear garden. The kitchen has a range of base and wall mounted fitted units with granite effect roll-edge work surfaces. There is space for a cooker with extractor over. There is a useful under stairs pantry cupboard which makes an ideal space to house a fridge/freezer and there is plumbing for a washing machine.
