"This well presented and significantly extended three bedroom semi-detached property is offered with no upward chain. Conveniently located for Wigston Magna and within an easy commute of Leicester City centre the property occupies a generous plot and benefits from versatile living accommodation. The property benefits from UPVC double glazed windows throughout, gas fired central heating and off-road parking. The plot does offer scope for further extension and development subject to local planning permission. Access to the property is via a UPVC door and on into an entrance area with stairs rising to the first floor and a door leading through to the living room. The living room itself boasts a living flame gas fire (currently disconnected) set into a feature fireplace with timber mantelpiece and marble effect surround and raised hearth. There is a feature bow window to the front elevation and a door leading through to the dining room. The dining room has a laminate flooring, French doors that provide access to the rear, an archway leads through to the kitchen and a further door leads through to the extension.
