"Offered for sale with no upward chain is this three bedroom semi-detached family home that is situated in a popular residential area. Ideally suited to first time buyers who don't mind some work or wish to put their own stamp on a property or an investor looking for a potential refurbishment. The property benefits from uPVC double glazed windows and off road parking, but does require some modernisation and cosmetic updating. The accommodation is accessed via an entrance vestibule with stairs to the first floor. Situated to the front of the property is a lounge with a ceramic tiled fireplace and raised hearth. The kitchen has a range of base and wall mounted units with a stainless steel sink drainer. There is space for appliances and plumbing for a washing machine. There is a window to the rear aspect.
