"Occupying a generous corner plot is this well presented and well maintained three bedroom semi-detached property. Offered in excellent decorative order the property benefits from two reception rooms and a refitted kitchen on the ground floor and three bedrooms and a refitted bathroom on the first. The property's outstanding feature is the sizeable rear garden which offers scope for substantial extension (subject to local planning permission). The property also boasts UPVC double glazed windows throughout, gas fired central heating and off-road parking to the rear. Access to the property is via a composite front door and on into an entrance hall with stairs rising to the first floor, an under stairs storage cupboard and doors off to both reception rooms and kitchen. The reception room situated toward the front of the property is currently used as a dining space and boasts a living flame gas fire set into a feature fireplace with timber mantelpiece, marble effect surround and raised hearth. There is also a feature bay window to the front elevation. The living room is located toward the rear of the property and again benefits from a living flame gas fire matching the one in the dining room. A set of French doors open out to the rear garden. The kitchen has been refitted and comprises a contemporary range of base and wall mounted fitted units with granite effect roll-edge work surfaces. To the first floor the master bedroom benefits from a range of fitted wardrobes and also has a useful wash hand basin. There is a window to the front elevation. The second bedroom is also a good size double. The third bedroom is a single and could easily be used as a dressing area or home office if not required as a bedroom space. The bathroom has fully tiled walls and finished with a heated chrome towel radiator. The property is set well back from the road via a front garden mainly laid to shingle and a paved path.
