This substantially extended three bedroom semi-detached home is offered with no upward chain and is very well presented and maintained throughout. The accommodation is both spacious and versatile and would suit a wide variety of potential buyers. The property has been extended to both side and rear to accommodate a superb kitchen diner and a ground floor bedroom with en-suite.

The home includes an entrance hall with stairs rising to the first floor. There is a generous lounge with a bay window to the front elevation, a feature stone fireplace and two useful built-in alcove storagedisplay cupboards.

The kitchen diner has been extended creating a fantastic space with a range of base and wall mounted units, integral appliances including a gas hob, and built-in oven, a Belfast style sink and plenty of work surface space. A door from the kitchen provides access to the garden.

The extension to the side has created a ground floor bedroom which benefits from an extensive range of fitted wardrobes and a set of French patio doors again open up the garden. Also on the ground floor is a en-suite shower room, with corner shower, low flush WC and wash hand basin. The extension has a significant loft space which although fully boarded is yet to be converted and currently is accessed via a hatch in the entrance hall. This loft does offer conversion potential to create either a fourth bedroom or maybe an office or studio space and could be accessed via the first floor landing or even an external staircase to the side.

The first floor has also been reconfigured. There are two good size bedrooms again boasting a range of built-in wardrobes and storage. One of the original first floor bedrooms is now a spacious bathroom which can be entered from either bedroom. The bathroom has a three piece suite to include a corner shower cubicle, low flush WC and wash hand basin.

To the front of the property there is a large paved patio style front garden ideal for standing an array of potted plants and there is gated side access to the rear. At the rear is a low maintenance courtyard style garden. The home also benefits from a detached single garage with electric main door and a block paved driveway in front of it.

This really is a deceptive and surprising home and can really only be fully appreciated by viewing in person.
