"Offered with no upward chain is this two double bedroom end terraced property. Occupying a generous corner plot and situated in a Cul-de-Sac position the property is located in close proximity to South Wigston train station and is within walking distance of an extensive range of local shops and amenities. The property does require some extensive refurbishment and modernisation but the plot does allow scope for extension subject to local planning permission. The property briefly comprises a living room with UPVC window to the front aspect and an exposed brick fireplace and feature wall. The kitchen is open plan off the living room and does have a range of base and wall mounted units, built-in four ring ceramic hob and built-in electric oven, the kitchen also benefits from an integral fridge and houses the wall mounted gas fired combination boiler. From the kitchen a door leads to an inner hall that provides access to the rear and a door leading to the ground floor bathroom that has a three piece white suite comprising a panelled bath with mains shower over, low level WC and pedestal wash hand basin. To the first floor there are two double bedrooms the second bedroom benefitting from a useful built-in overstairs storage cupboard. To the rear is a larger than average garden, mainly laid to lawn and enclosed by tall timber panel fencing. The garden has a paved patio area and is further enhanced by the fact it is very private and not overlooked. Directions From our office on Leicester Road, proceed over the mini roundabout onto Long Street. At the next mini roundabout turn right onto Bushloe End and proceed over the second mini roundabout onto Station Road. At the traffic junction keep in the left lane and enter South Wigston on Blaby Road. Lansdowne Grove is the first road on the left and Chatsworth Avenue the second right off Lansdowne Grove.
