"A four bedroom detached property ideally situated on the north side of town convenient for the Country Park and John Ferneley College. The accommodation in brief: Entrance Hall with doors to: Guest cloakroom which has a low flush wc and a wash hand basin with tiled splashbacks. Dining Room with an archway through to a Kitchen which has a range of eye and base level units, roll top work surfaces and tiled splashbacks, sink drainer unit, plumbing for a washing machine, cooker point and space for a fridge freezer. To the first floor is the landing which has a hatch providing access to a part boarded loft there are doors to three double bedrooms and a good size single bedroom.
