Open plan kitchen/dining room which has a range of eye and base level units, roll top work surfaces and tiled splash backs, sink drainer unit, space for a range cooker with a stainless steel extractor fan hood, plumbing for a washing machine and a dish washer, space for a fridge freezer, tiled floor and a door to the rear. Lounge which is dual aspect with window to the front and sliding patio doors leading out to the rear garden, gas fire with a stone hearth and mantel. The landing has a hatch providing access to a pull down loft, there are doors to: two double bedrooms, a good size single bedroom and bathroom to comprise: panelled bath with a shower tap attachment and screen above, a glass wash hand basin, fully tiled walls and floor, ceiling down lights and heated towel rail. Separate shower room with an independent shower cubicle and a low flush wc with a tiled floor. The rear garden is mainly laid to lawn with a decked area. To the rear of the garden is a hard standing area for a car with double gated access, all enclosed by fencing. General Information The Energy Rating for this property is C. Situation This property is situated on the north side of town and convenient for easy access to neighbouring Nottingham, Leicester & Loughborough.
