The property is convenient for the town centre, Melton Country Park and Brownlow Primary School and is offered with no upward chain. The accommodation in brief: Entrance via a part-glazed hardwood panelled door to entrance hall with door to: lounge which has a tiled open fireplace (not in use), fitted cupboards, metre cupboard, understairs storage cupboard with gas meter and light, there are picture rails and a door to: kitchen/breakfast room which has a range of eye and base level units, roll top work surfaces and tiled splash backs, integrated oven, grill and a gas hob, sink drainer unit, plumbing for a washing machine, space for an undercounter fridge and a breakfast table, wall mounted 'Glow Worm' boiler and door to: bath/shower room to comprise: wash hand basin, high flush wc, stand alone claw bath and an independent shower cubicle with splash backs and a tiled floor. The landing has a hatch providing access to a part boarded loft, there are doors to: bedroom one which has a cast iron feature fire place (not in use), picture rails and a walk-in wash room which has a wash hand basin and tiled splash backs with a courtesy light and shaver points.
