Vendor Interview
We moved into the house just before Christmas in 2004. The house had been extended but was a bare shell with no floor coverings although the walls had been plastered. The property needed renovating throughout and we were happy to take on this project. We added the oak flooring in the front room in 2005, the en-suite was completed in 2006, re-decorated with new tiles in 2010, added a new kitchen in 2012 and porcelain tiled flooring throughout the kitchen and dining room at the end of 2012. In the garden we planted a native English hedgerow in 2007 and is establishing itself very well. The size of the house is fantastic. We love the kitchen diner and the overall size of the lounge. Cedar Drive is such a quiet area tucked away off The Crescent. Sadly for us the house is far too large and we are not in need of a five bedroom property, although we hope that any buyer will fall in love and enjoy the house as much as we have.
