"A good sized three bedroom property occupying a pleasant cul de sac position on the south side of town within a popular residential area. The accommodation in brief: Entrance porch with a glazed door to: lounge which has a gas coal effect fire with mantel and hearth, door to: kitchen/dining room which has a range of eye and base level units, roll top work surfaces and tiled splash backs, one and half sink drainer unit, cooker point, plumbing for a washing machine and a dish washer, space for a fridge, freezer and a dining room table, glazed doors leading out to the rear garden. To the first floor landing is a hatch providing access to a part boarded loft, there are doors to: two double bedrooms, a good sized single bedroom and a bathroom to comprise: low flush wc, vanity unit wash hand basin, panelled bath and an independent shower cubicle and fully tiled walls. To the front is a driveway for 2-3 cars.
