"A well presented and extended three bedroom semi-detached property occupying an enviable position with views of the surrounding countryside to the rear. The property is situated on the edge of the ever popular Wimpy development. The accommodation in brief: Entrance porch with door to: entrance hall which houses the meters and fuses, there are doors to: fitted kitchen with eye and base level units, roll top work surfaces and down lights and tiled splash backs, cooker point, space for a fridge freezer, wall mounted boiler and glazed door to an additional part of the kitchen which has matching eye and base level units, roll top work surfaces and tiled splash backs, one and half sink drainer unit, plumbing for a washing machine and glazed door to the rear. Lounge with a wall mounted gas fire and archway through to a family room which in turn has an archway through to a dining room with glazed doors and casement windows leading out to the rear garden. The landing has a hatch providing access to a part boarded loft, there are doors to: two double bedrooms and a single bedroom. Bedroom one has a range of fitted wardrobes and drawers along one wall.
