"This fabulous three bedroom bay fronted property in the heart of Leicester has become available on Wilberforce Road, off Narborough Road. With many original features and well proportioned rooms, this charming character home would be perfect for either a family, first time buyer or even a buy to let house share investor. The property comprises of entrance hall, front room, dining room, breakfast kitchen, three bedrooms and a family bathroom. Built in 1905 this freehold property is under council tax band A governed by Leicester City Council. It has gas central heating which was last serviced in August 2012. On entering the property you are immediately welcomed into the high ceilinged entrance hallway with original Minton floor tiles in great condition, pale wall décor and wooden doors granting access to the front room, dining room, kitchen and stairs to the first floor. On entering the front room you have fantastic light given into the room from the bay window, the original cast iron fireplace with surround and mantelpiece and pale carpets and wall décor. The dining room has French doors to the rear yard and dark shaded carpets and pale wall décor. The large breakfast kitchen has been recently renovated and refitted and contains eye and base level units, stainless steel one and a half sink, built in oven and gas hob, plumbing for washing machine and dishwasher, space for table and chairs and two windows to the side and rear of the property as well as access via doorway to the rear yard. Moving up the stairs to the first floor you have carpeted landing and a built in cupboard outside the master bedroom. Turn left onto Ashleigh Road, left onto the A5460, then right onto Wilberforce Road and the property can be identified by the Harrison Murray 'For Sale' board."
